We know that the world is changing rapidly, particularly when it comes to work. The youngest members of our workforce are more diverse than ever, and that goes beyond racial/ethnic diversity. More people are forging “nontraditional” career paths, such as opting out of four-year degree programs or starting side hustles alongside their office jobs. The problem is that the way in which we recruit isn’t meeting these shifting values and skills. That’s where forward comes in. forward is a platform that is designed for early-career (think, 0-5 years work experience) talent to match with jobs and employers based on their skills, values, and priorities.
