Fosmo Med is pioneering Forward Osmosis (FO) technology to allow IV solutions to be made using any water at the point of care. The IV bags are shipped sans water, thus: reduce the shipping cost; increase the product shelf life; reduce storage costs; and, reduces the risk of scrap due to leakage. Initial target is disaster relief org such as the Red Cross and will partner with existing manufacturers and distributors to serve the current market.
