Mission & Vision F3 - FR3E Communications We are driven by the vision of providing absolutely free, mobile communication to the world! Our aim is to transform Telecommunications from a paid commodity service to a zero charged service for the clients funded by digital advertising. Our mission is to provide a Software-as-a-service based tool for Mobile Network operators and Mobile Virtual Network Operators to enable their clients to enjoy free, unlimited voice and data services funded by digital advertising Our Ad-serving is minimally intrusive, and is highly relevant due to its application of machine learning tools and interaction with the existing Pre-paid Platform of the operator.
