WHAT I DO: I help investors, executives and entrepreneurs expand their investment portfolio, generate semi-passive income and/or embrace full-time business ownership by providing customized franchise consulting services. WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE: I’ve spent nearly 25 years serving in EVERY key industry role - from quitting my corporate job to become a first-time franchisee to becoming an area developer and franchise company executive awarding and servicing franchises, I have unparalleled experience, insight and knowledge of the franchising space. 📚 MY STORY: My corporate existence was a familiar tale - I left for work before my 2 young children woke up and often got home after they were already in bed. I decided to make a change, took out a second mortgage and bought my first franchise. By following the proven process the franchisor had put in place, I was able to scale to 3 locations within 11 months, and also added a second franchise business soon after. The franchisor later hired me to help expand the brand, and I took it from less than 100 locations across the U.S. to 1,000+ locations in 27 different countries. The franchise brand was eventually bought out by a private equity firm, and I decided to make a change and go back to my roots as a franchise consultant helping others start their own journey.
