Frantoio Ciriello was born in 1975 in Cassano delle Murge, in the heart of Puglia. The brothers Lello and Peppino begin to produce their own oil according to the traditional method. An oil of the highest quality, the result of a harsh but generous territory and a work of great effort, deep knowledge and boundless passion. The precious nectar was poured from the heavy stone wheels and then spread on the fiscoli that held the olive paste to return the precious golden nectar.
A love and knowledge of generations that is handed down from father to son, which becomes flavor and, day after day from the fields to the magic of the mill, reaches the tables and gives flavor to our dishes.
The mill, today, has changed, in the hands of the brothers Filippo, Giovanni and Adriano Ciriello, it still produces a high quality extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted from olives harvested and pressed in a few hours thanks to an innovative extraction system and a rigorous control that safeguard the product and guarantee its goodness. Tradition turns into innovation, deep roots give new impulses and reasons for tomorrow. A history of excellence that is renewed by writing a new and prestigious chapter in the history of the Ciriello family and of the territory.
