Free To Move

Free to Move is a radical, non-diet movement and wellness community. Created for, and by queer folks. What started as a way to connect with radical humans and ease the stress of lockdown on our mental and physical health, steamrolled into a full-blown online movement community for queer, trans and non-binary humans. As a space dedicated to the unique needs of the LGBTQ+ community, Free To Move is a community where you will feel seen, heard and understood. Whether it’s feeling welcome in class, finding a work out for post-top surgery, or knowing you’re safe from diet culture here, Free To Move has your back. Our goal is for you to feel welcome, empowered to explore your movement, and feel stronger so that you can be free to move, in every aspect of your life. You belong here.
