Freedom a la Cart makes meals more meaningful by deliciously combining fresh, from-scratch cuisine with workforce training and supportive services for local survivors of human trafficking. What started in 2011 as a single food cart, is now a new café + bakery + catering business serving the Columbus community. Freedom a la Cart provided supportive services to 420 local survivors in 2020.
