Freshen Up Restaurant Consulting

Freshen Up is a consulting service providing customized solutions for small and independent businesses in the restaurant industry. I created Freshen Up as an alternative to typical restaurant consulting groups that cater towards large corporations and high volume fine dining establishments. My goal is to provide affordable, valuable, and realistic solutions for restauranteurs and owners who need some “Freshening Up” in their operations. Services include, but are not limited to; digitizing recipes, POS optimization, food/recipe costing, purchasing/vendor relations, P&L review, third party ordering, and improving the guest experience. I keep my overhead low, and take pride in charging fair rates that are reflective of small businesses working together. In my experience I have worked with many a la carte and all in one systems designed to help with all of the listed services, however, subscription and setup fees are simply unrealistic for smaller scale operations. My goal is not to sell subscriptions, maintenance packages, or fancy equipment that requires a small army to upkeep. Instead I prefer to educate on, jump start, or refresh processes that will make the maximum impact to your bottom line.
