About us FreshFlow is an activity management system created for companies operating primarily in financial consultancy, insurance and other sectors with extensive business networks. It is based around the simple idea of an electronic diary, and thanks to this specific diary concept is capable of automatically creating statistics of activities and their success for individuals, teams and whole companies, client diary records and reporting on activity plan performance. The system is complemented by a mobile application that registers phone calls and their outcomes, once again for individual clients. The software also enables very effective campaigns and lead management through a specific diary and mobile application, providing instant information about their course and outcomes. Mobile device calendar and contacts synchronisation is a matter of course. The FreshFlow system is implemented as a web application, and is easy to customise. It features a rich API that enables the connection of any part of it with client systems (e.g. with CRM).
