We are the Nation’s first business growth platform for Middle India [our mid-size towns]. We started out of an inspiration that ambitious enterprises in Middle India have a great opportunity to grow rightly and rapidly and lead the Nation’s need to create enormous social and economic value. We get into high value conversations with promoters of companies with a turnover ranging from Rs 100 Cr to Rs 500 Cr. Once we understand the size and nature of their ambition and identify key stimulants and roadblocks, we go about building an actionable plan systematically, using the industry understanding of the promoter, proprietary & third party knowledge and our understanding of and experience with business growth. We believe that at the heart of building sustainable businesses in today’s world are three things: professionalization, capability building and agility.
