Maison familiale fondée en 1945 avec la création du fromage l’Ami du Chambertin, la fromagerie Gaugry porte haut les valeurs de transmission d’un savoir-faire authentique.
Spécialisée dans la fabrication de fromages à pâtes molles et croûtes lavées, Gaugry a notamment donné ses lettres de noblesse au Soumaintrain IGP et à l’Epoisses AOP au lait cru, véritables emblèmes de la région Bourgogne.
En acquérant la fromagerie en 2012, Lincet a eu la volonté de poursuivre l’œuvre de la famille Gaugry, véritable institution du patrimoine gastronomique bourguignon.
