We are a small family business that specializes in drying fruits which grow in the area of Pella. We cover needs of the domestic as well as the global market. Our facilities are located in the village of Proastio, 3km from the city of Edessa. The food processing is done on-site which fulfills all rules of hygiene and security of foods while we are already in the process of receiving the ISO 22000-2005. The method we are using is the natural drying under the Sun without sugar addition and inside a well-protected greenhouse. We produce dried nectarine, plum with the core, apple rings, and lotus.
