The Future Theme Park Leaders Association (FTPLA) is a professional student-run organization at the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management. We strive to support the next and upcoming leaders in the theme park and attraction industry, worldwide. We do this by empowering our members to participate in numerous career building opportunities through networking with guest speakers in the industry, to visiting theme parks locally, nationally, and internationally. FTPLA witnesses incredible growth from its members through these career advancement opportunities. This has led to many members receiving internships and various, unique positions within our vast theme park industry by using skills garnered from FTPLA experiences.
FTPLA is the Rosen College's largest and longest running Registered Student Organization, and for more than 20 years, and many more to come, we plan to create waves and send ripples of leadership throughout the theme park industry.
