Full Phils

Full Phils empowers Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Hong Kong by providing them online education through scholarships. After earning a degree, OFWs will gain access to better job opportunities, greater financial security, and an improved quality of life. In partnership with CHED-accredited Philippine universities, Full Phils offers many courses that are designed to help OFWs fulfill their dreams of getting a college diploma. With partners schools like the University of the Philippines, the Philippine Women's University, and AMA University, our programs are uniquely designed to be online, asynchronous and self-paced, allowing OFWs to earn their degrees while working.
