Function Group (Labuan) Limited (“FGLL”) was incorporated in Federal Territory of Labuan, Malaysia under the Labuan Companies Act 1990 on 20 July 2018 as a company limited by shares. FGLL was then granted a license by Labuan Financial Services Authority to carry on business as a Labuan Fund Manager under the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 on 26 September 2018. To manage and trade foreign currency accounts with investment banks and money brokers on behalf of clients as well as to provide consultancy services and advisory to clients on market trends. The targeted market is South East Asia in which the formation of FGLL was eventually one of the key restructuring processes of the parent company, Function Group Limited.
