He has extensive business improvement experience having developed integrated management systems across UK and global construction, telecoms, manufacturing, food and biotechnology sectors. Working at board level and in operations within FTSE and private businesses, Jonathan has an innovative, resilient and pragmatic approach and is driven to deliver systems which engage people to create value. Jonathan chairs the Integrated Management Special Interest Group for the Chartered Quality Institute and is also a member of the CQI Digital Transformation SIG committee. He is also an active supporting the development of the profession through mentoring, publications and presenting at events.
