Provenance Security Group, Inc. is focused in two main business and client areas: in project leadership on multidisciplinary IM/IT implementation and renewal programs; and, as specialised information risk assessment, security and compliance external assessor and auditor in the public and private sectors. Knowledge and experience includes: • Risk assessment and IT audit, policy compliance, disaster recovery planning, and security architecture design. • The renewal or overall establishment of efficient and effective IM/IT infrastructure, including business needs assessment, review and audit of current technology and IT governance processes, assessing work completed, and reporting on compliance with policy, product management and integration, analysis and recommendation of appropriate hardware, software, networking and security solutions (identification, authentication, access, redundancy, resiliency, backup), developing business cases for investment including costing, risks, and return on investment, implementation, and training. • IT project management, including: working with all levels of management and executive to identify project requirements; establishing project charters; developing project plans and governance frameworks and processes; developing and managing the master project plan and schedule in MS-Project; coordinating change control board and risk management meetings; managing all aspects of project lifecycle; and working with, and managing multidisciplinary work teams.
