FutureIN is a Cambridge-based programme that provides homeless young people with apprenticeship opportunities in the construction sector. We are currently working with a significant group of property owners, developers and main contractors.
We are also working in partnership with TrAC and other affiliated agencies such as YMCA Trinity, Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority and DWP, who are helping us to make a difference to young people's lives.
The FutureIN programme includes pre-apprenticeship training and work experience, providing short courses to people that are not yet apprenticeship ready. FutureIN also works in partnership with agencies such as It Takes A City and LandAid to ensure sustainable housing is provided before, during and after the apprenticeship programme.
