We create customized programs for individuals with disabilities including employment at our social enterprises, educational support, mentoring, transition planning, job training and placement, independent living and recreation and community volunteerism. Our Divisions Adult Services: Through customized support services we assist individuals with disabilities so they can enjoy life, growing and prospering within their communities. Using a personal-centered approach and a home-based philosophy, our highly trained and caring professionals design supports to fit the specific preferences, interests and needs of each individual. Futures School: Connecticut’s first community-based education school approved by the Department of Education. A unique “school without walls” Serving students 14-21 years of age with challenging behavioral disorders and other cognitive or developmental disabilities.
