How we work - We intentionally don't "employ" people in the standard sense of the word. Instead, we use the research-backed Network Model of dispersed teams to cultivate potent cross-pollination across the globe. This model makes it possible to stimulate unusual and otherwise improbable partnerships with people who would not otherwise typically work together. Our goal is to reimagine typical research processes and enable far more nuanced inquiry that defies conventional boundaries.
