This project converted existing facility brownfield space into ISO 5 clean rooms, installed, validated, and commissioned upstream processing unit operations (cell culture, media preparation, fermentation, harvesting) and downstream processing unit operations (clarification, purification, concentration, formulation). Managed the EPC vendor relationships (Jacobs Engineering, Fluor), permitting, safety, reviewed and approved MEP and CSA submittals, vendor monthly invoices, site construction, overall spend, turnover packages, commissioning, and the validated document repository. • Implementation of ERP-MES-OEE-Operational Technology across 36 North American cGMP consumer packaged goods sites • 500 MW Combined Cycle power generation • System Owner, engineer, designer, and construction manager for greenfield onsite microgrid power generation
