In 1996, a couple of mates had an idea. They began supplying herbs, spices and seasonings to food manufacturers, restaurants, hotels and takeaway outlets. SA Spice was up and running and in two short years, Peter and Simon were about to become a whole lot busier!
Well before the raft of TV shows to find Australia’s next big thing in the kitchen, Simon, Peter and another mate, Theo, saw potential in home cooks right across Australia. But, those cooks were missing the key ingredients: Garden Fresh Herbs, Spices and Seasonings.
