GLOBAL AGENCY FOR COMMUNITY ACCELERATION, GACA believes that young people, both young men and young women have a crucial role to play in social – cultural and economic-political development of their communities. This crucial generation while utilized as an entry to the wider community has the capacity to assist in seeking sustainable solutions for challenges affecting the community. To realize such a vision GLOBAL AGENCY FOR COMMUNITY ACCELERATION, GACA acknowledge that the highly diverse generation of young people need to be empowered, mobilized, organized, equipped with knowledge/information and skills that will empower them to actively engage in community development especially at the grassroots level. We collaborate and engages with the community to realize: Skills & Education; We believe that sustainable growth in our communities can only be realized if our vulnerable children are also granted an equal chance to access quality education just like other children. The community-based organization is founded to educate our poor but bright students who comes from very humble backgrounds. With proper education that can make them realize their full potentials, we believe with these they will be very impactful and recognized people in the society. We believe that our young kids also need to be empowered through their burning talents. Young children with amazing talents can always showcase their talents and get empowered by doing the same. We have partnered with various organizations to help achieve these objectives. With education provided, there is the need to carry out Mind Education to help come up with a solid mind foundation. Mind education helps in enhancing productivity and improving skills among the youths as it creates self-awareness, self-improve, self-trust and an analytical that can have a better perception and utilization on the limited resources in the world. We also advocate for provision of clean water and a conducive environment within the community.
