Founded in 2007, Gaga Music was established to provide a fair & creative publishing model in AUS/NZ. Working at the intersection of publishing administration, sync representation & digital aggregation, Gaga Music administers & pitches a wide array of independent music copyrights with over 100,000 titles from catalogues including Warp, Thirdside, Rough Trade, Arts & Crafts, The Black Keys, Numero, Secretly Canadian, PIAS, Thrilljocky, City Slang, Erased Tapes & more. With over 30 years music industry experience, company founder & director Grant Gillies launched Gaga Music with the intention of delivering a proactive & meaningful independent publishing service for all artists. Driven by a personalised & transparent approach, the close-knit team of 5 are dedicated to cultivating meaningful revenue & creative opportunities for songwriters locally & abroad. Our staff are split between Melbourne and Sydney with close ties in Auckland. We’re self administered using Music Maestro and dedicated to providing our clients the best possible service both here and expanding our creative pathways into Asia.
