Gemeinsam mit seinen Sektionen setzt sich GalloSuisse ein für faire Rahmenbedingungen im Eiermarkt, vertritt die Interessen der Produzenten in Politik und Gesellschaft und plant und realisiert das Marketing für «Das Schweizer Ei».
