The Global Apprenticeship Network (GAN) is a business-driven, multi-sector alliance that promotes work-based learning (WBL) and apprenticeship. Our vision is a future in which all individuals and businesses have the skills and competencies they need to thrive and contribute to society. Our mission is to drive action to achieve an inclusive and skilled workforce. We do this by advocating for WBL, focusing on apprenticeships, and sharing industry best practices from our member companies. We implement projects on a global and local level through a multi-stakeholder approach involving both the private sector and policymakers. Our Board Members include CEOs and executive leaders from some of the world’s leading companies and policymakers from prominent international organizations. Together, we commit to ensuring that apprenticeship and WBL empower people and businesses to meet the rapidly evolving demands of today’s labour market.
