The Georgia Center for Nonprofits mission is to build thriving communities by helping nonprofits succeed. Through a powerful mix of advocacy, solutions for nonprofit effectiveness, and insight-building tools, GCN provides nonprofits, board members, and donors with the tools they need to strengthen organizations that make a difference on important causes throughout Georgia. Our members span the nonprofit world in scale and scope — from international organizations to agencies serving communities around the state — and our partners include corporate philanthropies, foundations, supportive businesses and individuals. A thousand organizations and more than 5,000 professionals benefit from the benefits of GCN MEMBERSHIP, including exclusive access to GCN publications, communications, and on-demand webinars, online content. Member learning and networking events held throughout the year bring sector professionals together with thought leaders, funders, experts and peers. Our NONPROFIT CONSULTING GROUP provides the expert guidance to develop strategies, leadership, and resources to build capacity for organizations of all sizes, enabling them to accelerate and grow their impact. Through year-round NONPROFIT UNIVERSITY programs, GCN delivers a comprehensive range of nonprofit-focused and -led professional development opportunities onsite and online to develop leaders and build core competencies—including certificate series, all-day clinics, leadership programs, targeted sessions, and live and on-demand webinars. Our GAgives on GivingTuesday initiative is free to all Georgia nonprofits as a fundraising platform. Join us again on December 3rd, 2024!
