Gavacold Ltd. was established as a continuation of BPZ srl, a company that since 1996 has started its activity producing provers, retarder provers, blast chillers and freezers for the two most important Italian industrial groups active in the field of construction for bakery and pastry ovens.
In twenty years of activity, the company has accumulated a concrete experience of thousands of installations in Italy and abroad to manage the rising and the phases of the cold chain in various types of production lines.
