Employment Opportunities Civil Engineers: Successful candidates must have a B.S. in Civil Engineering, 2 - 4+ years of experience in design of municipal engineering projects, and a working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Microstation. E.I.T or P.E. registration preferred. Project Engineer: We are looking for Civil Engineers with 3 - 8 Years of experience in highway design, including project scoping, scheduling and management.
