The creation of a groupement between the CHU de Nice, the Centre Antoine Lacassagne, the Fondation Lenval and UCA is intended to prefigure the territorial organization of health research, teaching and training, and is fully in line with national guidelines aimed at developing and strengthening hospital-university partnerships.
The creation of the GCS CARES "CONSORTIUM AZUREEN POUR LA RECHERCHE ET L'EXCELLENCE EN SANTE" (AZUREAN CONSORTIUM FOR RESEARCH AND EXCELLENCE IN HEALTH) will provide the eastern part of the PACA region with greater visibility, thereby facilitating the steps taken by the various players in the ecosystem.
The Groupement aims to structure inter-institutional collaborations on common issues such as health, research and innovation.
Through shared governance, this groupement will enable the region to:
- Gain in legibility and dynamism,
- Collectively structure new forms of partnership,
- Increase the impact of projects co-produced by the players involved.
