We started Gecko Consulting in 2010 as a small niche consultancy focusing on IT optimisation and the rightsizing of enterprise assets. Through expansion of cloud this challenge remains as the ease of transfer often leads to cost increases rather than the promises. With 30+ years of IT experience we team up with other niche organisations to bring IT Executive experience to the table. Owen Martin as director and Principal Enterprise Architect has lead a number of Government and semi-government transformation over the past few years. Taking a high level vision and creating programmes of deliverable works. 2023 has brought Gecko to Australia to work with a major institution on developing their transformation roadmap and digitising their customer engagement.
