Gemstone EAM provide independent consultancy services to clients using EAM solutions and those embarking on that exciting journey as they make their first steps into implementation of EAM systems. We typically work with clients in asset-intensive industries like; energy, mining, renewables, oil & gas and transport. We provide consultancy services for these clients with a focus on the areas of; CMMS for physical Asset & Resource Management, EAM project implementations, Discovery phase & Road Mapping, Client workshops & Business Process and Data gathering & Asset structure.
Our consultant Jon draws on his past experience as Senior IT Consultant with achievements in Presales, client engagement and whole project cycles from discovery phase, through UAT, to Go-Live. He has global overseas experience and can reason technical arguments against commercial drivers. Jon is very people centric, building strong relationships with clients & stakeholders, in Technical and Finance detachments. All underpinned by extensive knowledge of ‘Power generation plant’ operation and maintenance with focus & experience in industry sectors of; Petro-Chem, Oil & Gas, Mining, Renewables and Nuclear.
