GEN3 Financial Services, LLC is a business and financial consulting firm with offices in Dallas/Ft. Worth and Denver. The GEN3 principals have significant depth with combined business expertise in such areas as business development, C-suite operational management, compliance, finance, investment banking, logistics, M&A, manufacturing, real estate and recruitment. They have been successfully engaged in the aerospace, agribusiness, B2B and B2C software, consumer products, healthcare, technology, media, medical devices, and real estate finance and development industries. Since its inception gen3 has acted as financial intermediary, consultant and/or principal for small and medium size corporate clients on all aspects of advisory services and investment banking, including mergers and acquisitions, private financing – including capital market strategies and due diligence efforts – and interim C-suite roles. In the future gen3 plans to offer investment grade insurance contracts for investors along with its own proprietary investment fund that will be directed toward a lead investment for the benefit of most engaged capital raising clients.
