In her first career as an attorney, Gena proudly served both terms of the Obama Administration as a trusted advisor to principals, including key roles within the White House and the Department of Homeland Security. She went on to serve as Counsel to the Director and Head of the Executive Secretariat at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, before joining an LA cleantech startup as General Counsel and Chief of Staff.
Gena next pursued a transformative travel sabbatical and completed a coaching program during this time, in what she would later come to appreciate as a midlife awakening, and launched her coaching business the following year.
