𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗪𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀! In the words of 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘁𝘁, 𝗣𝗵.𝗗.(author of the massively popular 𝐲𝐨𝐮² handbook): "Precious gifts often come in small packages, and Mark Cumicek's Project Fourteen.Four handbook is a great example. He focuses his 63 pages on the power of focusing a mere 1% of your day, every day, on personal growth. A study by Duolingo found that the average adult wastes nearly 2 hours a day, whereas Cumicek is only asking for 14 minutes and 24 seconds! It's a clever approach to self-directed change, easily manageable by anybody." We all want change, but it's daunting. We want the result, but avoid the process of change. The idea of getting 1% better each day is great conceptually & fun to say, but difficult to apply. Instead, commit to investing 1% of your day to whatever change you want to make. → That's 14.4 minutes or 14 minutes & 24 seconds. → Over a month, that's 432 minutes of progress. → Over a year, that's 5,256 minutes of progress.
