Genomics Central is an enterprise that brings high-end Bioinformatics NGS & Non-NGS technologies & practices into a beautiful convergence,reshaping the National BioTech Frontier. At GC, we mix of most practical trends in Bioinformatics & 'Omics with a team of highly distinguished bioinformatics experts & engineers, most of whom having educational background in both bio-medicine and computer science. The Bioinformatics and Analytics team here would help researchers with various types of bioinformatics work, including data processing and interpretation (especially those related to NGS+ data), Microarray statistical data analysis, data integration (involving multiple types of data), data mining, and database and informatics work in Genomics, Epigenomics, Metabolomics and Transcriptomics, Pharmacogenomics & Drug discovery. Research is increasingly cross-domain and catalyzed with collaborations, may it be Academia, Research Institutes and Industry. GC presently has an MoU with the Cochin University of S&T, a premier technology university in India. We are all for collaborations!
