Geography for Tomorrow

Geography for Tomorrow is an award-winning nonprofit educational outreach organization (Tax ID: 47-4670501) that aims to spread geo-literacy to youth. Geographic knowledge is fundamental: it is knowledge about our world, how it works, and what issues face it. As our world grows more globalized, geo-literacy is becoming more and more important to have. After attending Geography for Tomorrow programs, which are all career-focused and extremely fun, students will be able to take advantage of jobs and opportunities in a globalized settings; they will become true citizens of tomorrow. Our focus is underprivileged communities, since they have the least exposure to the majestic world around them. We have over 90 volunteers who serve at 17 different sites across 4 countries, working with over 250 students. Furthermore, we have been able to secure the support and sponsorship of the National Geographic Society, the California Geographic Alliance, ESRI, and several other organizations.
