From humble beginnings in 1953, Sir Rabindrah Ghurburrun QC, Kt, GOSK grew his legal chambers to become a leading criminal practice, with a record wins at the assizes.
Since 1995, the second generation took over with a new vision, diversifying into Corporate, Intellectual property and Competition law.
In 2013, with changes in the domestic legislation, law firms could be incorporated in Mauritius. The chambers became Geroudis Law Firm, a specialised firm helping businesses create or manage dominance.
Geroudis Management Services Ltd and Geroudis Empowerment Ltd were also created under the Geroudis umbrella to provide turn key IPR services (the IPR Centre) , Training, Audit and Compliance services (the TAC Centre), and a professional platform for business empowerment and to engage with Government and authorities on policy, changes of laws and international trade (the GE Platform).
