We believe that 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, which is why we’ve built an innovative platform that brings people together in 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥, 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐬 to engage in powerful, collaborative learning, grounded in 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬. Our model blends 𝐚𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐫-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬, which are small groups of up to five participants who meet weekly, either online or in person, to reflect, collaborate, and grow. Each experience is designed by 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 to foster deep engagement and meaningful learning. These educators provide 𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 to participants, guiding their progress and supporting their growth throughout the process. We also issue 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 and maintain a 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 of learning, allowing institutions to track progress and measure impact over time. What sets Circles apart?
