Garnet Global Consultants (“GGC”) is a niche advisory firm founded in 2021. We specialise in developing and implementing digital health solutions at scale. We help companies to design, develop, and pilot their health IT solutions in one territory and then help them scale to other countries. Our other key service areas are PPP transaction advisory services*, health planning, research, and procurement. GGC core service areas revolve around health systems strengthening at primary, secondary, and tertiary care levels. GGC leadership has global experience providing technical advisory support to its clients and implementing large-scale projects. Our clients are either federal/state health departments or development partners such as USAID, GIZ, World Bank, IFC, ADB, EBRD, and KfW. GGC’s key territories are South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), and Europe. * We implement PPP transaction advisory projects through our Dubai-based partner firm M/s Concept Realisation Management Consultancy.
