Today we describe that as being ‘Up to Good.’ We’ve shown a restless energy for positive change, transforming the mobile market with fair prices, honest contracts and planet-friendly products and services. In 2023, 70% of phones sold by giffgaff were refurbished, which is a win for our members’ pockets and for the planet too. We champion great value connectivity that’s flexible and fair for everyone, helping our members to connect to the people and things they love. As a proud B Corporation, our success is defined not only by our commercial performance but also by our contribution to UK society. It’s our commitment to act for the common good and for the long term. It’s how we’ll create a future where our planet is cared for, our members and our people feel supported and included, and communities can flourish.
