Gifford Bioscience is a laboratory-based contract research organisation (CRO) specializing in receptor-ligand interactions.
We undertake fee-for-service radioligand binding assays, functional assays, receptor occupancy studies, autoradiography and SPR. We support pharma companies, biotechs and university researchers around the globe.
At Gifford Bioscience, we use “gold standard” radiometric methods, fluorescence detection and label-free, kinetic affinity techniques. Our assays employ human and animal tissues, cultured cells, membranes and recombinant proteins. We are a specialized company, with expertise built up from many years of running in vitro and ex vivo ligand binding projects. Our principal investigators and scientists use this experience in collaborating with you, in assay design and in solving key issues.
