Give a Cake Bakery

Imagine a bakery where you can’t buy a single thing. No storefront, no online shop, and no retail transactions - just handcrafted baked goods made to be given away to uplift those in need. That’s Give a Cake Bakery. Homemade baked goods are uplifting, and many people go without these simple pleasures that can brighten their day. At Give a Cake Bakery, we believe in the power of baking and giving to brighten lives. Our network of home bakers create and give hundreds of baked goods each year, partnering with charities to reach countless individuals. We believe that something as simple as a homemade cookie, cake, or muffin is a small act of kindness that can make someone feel seen, valued, and cared for. We also offer workshops that inspire volunteerism and bring people together. Through partnerships with nine Boston-area organizations, Give a Cake Bakery reached over 2,100 individuals in 2024. And we’re just getting started. Our goal is to scale Give a Cake Bakery’s efforts so we can spread more joy, strengthen more communities, and reach even more people every single day.
