The GLAD Foundation is an LGBTQIA+ community-led organization based in New Delhi, dedicated to creating a better, more inclusive world for LGBTQIA+ individuals across India. Founded in December 2023, we work to empower and uplift the community by focusing on building support systems, providing essential resources, and fostering a sense of belonging and joy.
We’re here to make sure that every LGBTQIA+ person has the tools, opportunities, and confidence to live their life authentically and unapologetically. Life shouldn’t just be about overcoming barriers—it should be about celebrating who you are and finding happiness in the journey. Through our initiatives, we’re not just creating programs or policies; we’re building a movement where every individual feels seen, supported, and celebrated.
