Glimmer is pioneering novel and wildtype-sparing pan-KRAS-mutant therapeutics while avoiding the traditional resistance seen with other KRAS approaches. We are focused on KRAS’s Achilles heel, co-opting the cell membrane in order to proliferate and signal, to disrupt and degrade mutant-KRAS. Backed by novel biology, this first-in-class oral-degrader mechanism uniquely targets all mutant forms of KRAS potentially treating patients resistant to KRAS inhibitors and when combined with these direct inhibitors, deliver a step-change in response and durability.
