Global Appraisal Tech is one of the top Real Estate, Machinery and Equipment appraisal companies in Egypt. While headquartered in Cairo, we also have our own branches in Alexandria, Aswan, Sohag, Red Sea, Sinai and North Coast. I have a staff of 25 appraising staff fully qualified to perform any appraisals throughout Egypt. Our license is accredited by the official authority Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) and the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), and we are an accredited member of the Egyptian Association of Real Estate Appraisers (EAREA) (licence no 60) which is an organization that is accredited and is an official member of the International Valuation Standard Council (IVSC). We are also the only valuation company in Egypt that holds all three official national appraising licenses for 1) Real estate, 2) Machinery and Equipment, 3) Financial Valuations. We also have a sister company named Global for Auctions and Real Estate Marketing which has an official license to broker nation-wide auctions (license #625 - Ministry of ٍSupply and Internal Trade (MSIT)) GAT has appraised assets of over 1.5 Trillion pounds in value in 2016 alone for over 476 clients, many of which are the top 10 financial consultants operating in Egypt such as Deloitte, Earnest & Young, JLL, KPMG, Thornton, and others. We take pride in officially the number #1 winner of the bid to mass appraise over 460 million meter square of the Suez Canal Industrial Zone, distributed over four major industrial cities and 6 ports, a project of national proportions and over 26 weeks of work. We also take pride in being the selected appraisers of the two largest national factories in Egypt: The Egyptian Steel Company in Helwan, the Aluminum Company in Nagee Hamadi. Some of other major projects involved the appraising of several of the largest projects in Egypt including resorts, hotels, residential compounds & units, retail malls, schools & universities, and numerous bank collateral assets.
