Past work has included leading the US Air Force Minerva project, an energy and environmental security (EES) assessment team attached to Air University at Maxwell AFB. The Minerva project has provided regional EES assessments for US Pacific Command, US European Command, and has led scenario planning projects with NATO, USAF, and other scientific partners.
