About Global Day of Unplugging

Global Day of Unplugging membership is open to any educator, organizer, parent or individual who wants to spread awareness about how to maintain healthy life/tech balance. Through our year-round initiatives Unplug Collab Seed Fund and Unplugged Village®, we support Gathereres in activating IRL events -- small or large. For the past 15 years, the Global (formerly National) Day of Unplugging campaign has expanded world-wide. To date, there are more than 145,000 people who have participated in events hosted by hosts everywhere -- including 1,000+ schools, religious institutions and businesses worldwide.
