Global Mentorship Program

Global Mentorship Program (GMP) is part of AgilityToday Fest, that "connects mentors and mentee across the world". Mentorship is offered to and by IT and Software professionals, on various skills sets from Technology, Agile, Product Management, Soft Skills, Coaching, Career Development, as well as Personal Development. Under GMP Mentees receiver 4-6 mentorships sessions from Mentors, over a span on 6 weeks. Professionals seek mentorship on the areas they want to excel and offer mentorship on the areas where they have excelled. You can apply for either or both roles, depending on your need. This program pairs mentee with a mentor, who is usually more experienced and knowledgeable, to help them develop their skills, gain valuable insights, and achieve their personal or professional goals.
