GNB Motors Pvt Limited (GNBMPL) was incorporated as a private limited company in September 1980 and started operation as the main dealer of Ashok Leyland Ltd. for sales & services of vehicles for the whole of West Bengal. The company became deemed a public company in July 1982 and was converted back to a private limited company in January 2011.
